What is an escape room?

An escape room is a physical adventure game in which players solve a series of puzzles and riddles using clues, hints, and strategies to complete the objectives at hand. At Mystique Escape you can expect our high-end, professional rooms to immerse you into a story and setting that is truly out of this world.

How long does the experience last?

Expect to be at Mystique Escape rooms for about an hour and 20 minutes. Arrive 10 minutes early to complete waivers and ask any questions. Your entire escape experience will last 60 minutes. At the end, we’ll take a photo and answer any questions you may have about the room.

Do you have an age restriction?

We have a recommended age of 13 years or older to experience our rooms. If any members of your party are 13 years old or younger, we require an adult chaperone.

What is Mystique Escape Room doing to keep each room safe and clean?

We have added additional procedures and precautions to keep our staff and customers safe. Staggering our bookings to limit the number of people in the building at one time. Sanitizing all surfaces of every game before and after it is played. All staff is required to wear masks when interacting with customers and staff members. Sanitizing restrooms, doorknobs, counters, seating, etc, several times per day. Have plenty of soap and hand sanitizer available for customers to use before and after games. Require staff to wash hands several times during shifts for at least 20 seconds, and have hand sanitizer available at stations.

Will I be able to leave the game before the timer ends?

Yes, you will be able to freely leave the games at any time during your session. The door will never be locked however the timer will not stop.

Can I still play if I show up late?

We ask that you show up 15-20 minutes before your scheduled time to complete any waivers and room briefings. However, if you do show up later than the scheduled time, the room escape timer will already be ticking. We’ll get you in as quickly as possible so you can use the most of any time you have left.

Can I reschedule my game?

While all purchases are final, we understand that sometimes things come up. We will be happy to reschedule your room booking with a minimum of 24 hours advance notice.

Are your rooms handicap accessible?

Yes, our facility and escape rooms are handicap accessible. We are also able to remotely trigger many of the puzzles if needed to aid in the experience. In Secrets of the Pharaohs, keep in mind the floor is covered in sand.

Do I need a reservation to enjoy the escape room experience?

Yes! All our escape room bookings are 100% private. Payment in full is required at the time of booking. We do not accept cash.
